For one, brides will be able to choose from a wider selection of indoor venues for cheaper prices. Many of the other decorations and wedding planning materials will also be much more affordable. They have the added advantage of the beauty of the major holiday season as a backdrop. Many people would be quick to point out the downside such as a smaller selection of flowers and no outdoor locations. However these are almost inconsequential. An important part of your fall wedding planning is to pick out the clothes for the bridal party. You want to choose clothes that look great on your bridal party and balances well with your wedding dress and the decor. How do you go about doing this? Your bridesmaids will likely be people of different body types and possible skin tone so some colors might look better on some of your bridesmaids than others. You challenge will be to balance these demands to create a lovely vision as the bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girl, and ring bear proceed down the hall. Here are some tips to help you get started.
First, you need to pick the dresses for your bridesmaids. Their clothing will have the most color since they will likely be wearing dresses. For the fall season the key is to go with metallic or jewel tones. The point is that rich colors can work for wide variety people especially if the dress design is simple and elegant. For metallic tones for warm yellowish and reddish tones such gold, bronze, and copper. When you are picking jewel tones go for hues such as crimson, deep reds, orange, or royal purple. Another great idea is to accent darker tones with lighter ones. So if your bridesmaids’ dresses are crimson have then accented with ribbon or belts in gold and copper. Once again try to pick a color and design that can work for all your bridesmaids. Another idea is to take a page from fall leaves and vary the coloring of the dresses depending on the number of bridesmaids you have.

One of the best things about planning a fall wedding is the food. Whether it is part of the reception menu or simply edible wedding favors. The fall season has a lot of delicious options that you and your guests can enjoy. Many of the foods are tied with certain events such as holidays and others are just home favorites that many families enjoy at this time of year. As you plan your fall themed menu there are some basics to cover. If at all possible try to find out if any of your guests have possible allergies to any food that you serve. If they do, try to make menu options to cater to their needs. The best part is that you don’t even have to worry about making something that can go to waste as many non-allergic recipes are as good as the originals. Also go for warmth if you are not sure what constitutes “fall food.” That is anything you would eat at dinner during the cooler months of the year will likely be quite appropriate. Now to help you get started here are some great fall suggestion for wedding reception menu and wedding favors.

The fall season is coming up and with Halloween coming in October, and the Second Twilight movie, New Moon coming to theatres, there will definitely be teens, and even older fans throwing themed Twilight parties. It can be for a birthday, Halloween, or just to celebrate the release of the movie. So what can make your party stand out from all the rest? It is unique Twilight themed party favors and supplies. This can be challenging as so many people have become fans and some ideas have already done with the release of the first Twilight Movie and the completion of the series with New Dawn. The trick is to start with favors that are common party staples and put your own unique spin on them.
Think of edible favors. Everyone especially teenagers and tweens, love party food. So why not come up with unique snacks that your guests can not only enjoy at the party, but take home with them to enjoy later? There are several great suggestions I have come across. One is a chocolate monogrammed apple favors. These are great because they are variants of the ever popular candied apple. On top of that, they can be personalized with initials of the birthday girl. Another great suggestion is red devil food cupcakes. Since Twilight is a series about vampires red themed foods is a must and staple. Other suggestions are red Jell-O or gummy snacks. The point is to give delicious treats that help celebrate guests’ love of the series.

As the groom, there are not many duties that you traditionally have outside helping your wife with the more general decisions of wedding planning; however, you do still have duties that you need to execute on your own. The first is picking your best man and groomsmen. These are men who are close friends and family members are important people in your lives. Most of your personal duties will revolve around these guys. This article will help you know what these duties are and give you some helpful suggestions along the way.
First off, you need to come together with the guys and decide what tuxedos you will be wearing. The only input your bride will give is likely a reminder that you need to make sure that the tie or bowties, vest or cummerbunds, match the color scheme of what theme she decided for the wedding. Make sure that everyone is on the same page. You also need to make sure that everyone has the same style suit or tuxedo and that you can ones that fit each guy. Hopefully the majority of your friends have done this for one event or another, so this shouldn’t be too hard.

One of the hottest party themes this fall will be the Twilight theme. This party idea is based on the popular book and movie of the same name. They are about the tortured romance between a mortal teenager named Isabella Swan, Bella to her friends, and her vampire lover Edward Cullen. In the book that starts the series Bella leaves sunny Arizona so her mother can start her life with her new husband. Bella goes to live with her father Charlie in gloomy Forks, Washington were the sun rarely shines. It is here that she meets the love of her life only to find out that he is not human and the complications of a love between a human and an immortal soon come in full force.
If you are a “Twi-Hard” this is not news to you as you have probably read the entire series several times and seen the movie as well. What you want to know is how to throw a party that would not only be approved of by fellow fans, but Alice Cullen herself. When planning for this type of party you will need to find great party supplies, favors, and come up with an interesting menu. The great news is that you can draw inspiration from the books and movies for ideas. Here are some to help guide as you plan the ultimate Twilight Bash.
